Size Guide
Each of our hats is made to order so that we can make you a hat that is the perfect size. Hat size ranges from small (54cm) to extra large (63 cm). If your hat size falls in between our normal sizes, we can stretch the hat to be half a size larger, or block it in half a size smaller. In order to get your hat size perfect, we ask that you provide a centimeter measurement of the circumference of your head.
How to measure at home
When determining your hat size, it's important to consider the shape of your head, Longer faces generally look better with taller crowns (like the Marlboro Man or Lincoln), while rounder faces suit round hats (such as Charlie Chaplin’s). Identifying whether your face is longer or rounder can help you choose a suitable hat style. Think the brim as a horizon line that balances the crown with your face, using the hat as a framing element.
To find your hat size, use a soft tape measure and wrap it around your head. Ensure the tape is not too tight, as this will affect your measurement. Measure just above your ear, where your head is typically widest, and repeat the process several times for accuracy.
